Sending files in Peach Go is very simple (so simple, we weren't even sure if these instructions were needed).
Note: We recommend signing up to an account and logging in to Peach Go. Having an account will unlock additional benefits such as a bigger file transfer limit of 5GB, and an increased link expiry duration of 30 days, plus you can skip email verification when you send files. More features planned soon.
- Go to the Peach Go homepage to get get started: go.peach.me
-
Click on the big ➕ button to upload files (or just drag and drop them on to the web page)
- We support nearly all possible file types: videos, images, text, PDF, HTML5, folders, ZIP, etc.
-
Add some simple info…
- In the ‘Send to’ field, add the email address of the person you are sending the file to
- Add ‘your email’ address (this will be shown to the person you're sending to so they know who the files are from)
- Add an optional ‘message’ to the person you are sending to
- Add an optional ‘password’ — this will be sent to the person you are sending to
- Press ‘Send’ when ready
-
⚠️ If you are registered and logged in you don’t need to worry about this bit. We recommend that you register — it makes using Peach Go much simpler.
If you are not registered or logged in, you will now need to ‘verify your email’- Check your email (it will be sent to the email address you added under ‘Your email’ and find the email from Peach Go with a verification code
- Copy and paste the verification code from the email back in to Peach Go
- Press ‘Verify and send’
- Your files will now upload 🎉
-
Once they're uploaded, Peach Go does a malware and virus scan to make sure everything is fine with your files
- If your files fail the scan, they won't be sent and you will get a message to upload replacement files
-
The files are sent on their way 🪽
- You can now copy a direct link to the files
- You and the recipient will receive confirmation emails that include direct links to the files
- Once the files have been downloaded, you will get an email to let you know.
