Why didn’t the recipient receive the download email?

I’ve sent some files to a recipient, and everything looks good, but they’ve told me they haven’t received the email. What’s going on, and what can you do?

• Firstly, don’t panic! 
• Sometimes emails can go into spam or junk email folders, so ask the recipient to check (to avoid this in the future, we recommend adding our email address noreply@peach.me to your contacts or people list).
• Double check that you got their email address correct — if you think you got it wrong, you can then resend the files.
• If it is still not clear you can copy and paste the link to the files (found in the confirmation email you should receive) and send it through your email, WhatsApp, Messages or any other medium of your choice.
